Phối hợp với các đơn vị HO có liên quan để xây dựng nội dung chi tiết các chương trình đào tạo/ huấn luyện theo định hướng của Khối theo từng thời kỳ TỔ CHỨC TRIỂN KHAI CÁC LỚP ĐÀO TẠO/ HUẤN LUYỆN Chủ động triển khai các lớp đào tạo theo kế hoạch đã thống nhất cho CBNV của Khối KHCN (Nhân viên HO và các Nhân viên ở ĐVKD) Tiếp nhận đề xuất đào tạo từ các đơn vị, phân tích nhu cầu, trao đổi với các bên có liên quan để triển khai phù hợp kịp thời cho các đơn vị Trực tiếp đứng lớp đào tạo, huấn luyện/ hỗ trợ triển khai các chương trình bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn (sản phẩm, quy trình, kỹ năng…); KIỂM TRA KỶ LUẬT KINH DOANH VÀ THÚC ĐẨY HOẠT ĐỘNG KINH DOANH TẠI ĐƠN VỊ Thúc đẩy việc tuân thủ kỷ luật kinh doanh của đơn vi bao gồm (Kiểm tra, hướng dẫn việc Họp huddle, Họp tuần/tháng, Báo cáo kế hoạch kinh doanh tuần, tháng, hoạt động đào tạo, huấn luyện định kỳ,…) Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan triển khai các hoạt động thúc đẩy tăng năng suất lao động như tổ chức telesales tập trung, workshop theo chuyên đề …
