Collaboration and Mentorship● Work closely with Developers, QA/QC teams, and Product Managers to improve system reliability.● Mentor junior DevOps engineers on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.● Participate in sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and production deployment planning.
