Nghiên cứu thị trường  Phân tích đối thủ: Đánh giá sản phẩm cùng phân khúc, nhận diện điểm mạnh/yếu, xu hướng công nghệ hoặc tính năng mới.  Hiểu người dùng: Thu thập insight từ khảo sát, phỏng vấn, hoặc dữ liệu để đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm.  2. Quản lý sản phẩm  Quản lý backlog: Có khả năng quản lý backlog hiệu quả, tối ưu hóa workflow phát triển sản phẩm.  Đề xuất giải pháp: Kết hợp giữa nhu cầu người dùng, khả năng kỹ thuật và business goal để cân bằng resource.  Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Dev và QC để đảm bảo sản phẩm được phát triển theo đúng yêu cầu và tiến độ.
