JOB SUMMARYAs the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Thoughtful Media Group, you will be a pivotal leader, responsible for spearheading our sales strategy and driving significant revenue growth. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, cultivate and expand key client relationships, and play a crucial role in the overall success and expansion of the agency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Strategy & Growth:• Develop, implement, and continuously refine robust sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets and business objectives.• Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging client needs to uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities.Team Leadership & Development:• Recruit, onboard, train, and foster the growth of a high-performance sales team.• Establish clear performance expectations, provide consistent coaching and constructive feedback, and motivate the team to excel in achieving sales goals.Client Relationship Management:• Build, nurture, and expand strong, lasting relationships with key clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction.• Collaborate seamlessly with account management and creative teams to deliver exceptional value and innovative solutions to clients.Sales Process Optimization:• Streamline and optimize the entire sales process to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and conversion rates.• Implement and leverage CRM tools to meticulously track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Business Development & Partnerships:• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborative ventures.• Develop and deliver compelling, persuasive sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.Revenue Forecasting & Reporting:• Prepare comprehensive and regular reports on sales performance, accurate revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.• Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in sales operations.Budget Management:• Collaborate closely with finance and senior management to establish and meticulously manage the sales department budget.• Ensure cost-effectiveness in all sales operations while upholding the highest quality standards.
