Chuyên viên Chương trình sẽ hỗ trợ Điều phối Chương trình (là quản lý trực tiếp) trong việc nghiên cứu, xây dựng và phát triển môn học, cũng như hỗ trợ, tư vấn và đào tạo các cơ sở để quản lý và triển khai môn học một cách hiệu quả.I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:1. Nghiên cứu, xây dựng & phát triển môn học• Nghiên cứu về các phương pháp, cách tiếp cận giáo dục Mầm non tiên tiến trên thế giới & các dữ liệu/thông tin mới nhất về giáo dục Mầm non và giáo dục nói chung.• Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu từ việc triển khai thực tế (mức độ đạt yêu cầu học tập của học sinh, các khó khăn của giáo viên khi triển khai, v.v.), từ đó đưa ra đánh giá về những điểm cần cải thiện của các cơ sở cũng như bản thân Chương trình.• Rà soát & điều chỉnh Chương trình định kỳ dựa trên bài học rút ra về thực tế triển khai.• Đề xuất các sáng kiến & phương án cải thiện chất lượng triển khai môn học, thử nghiệm, và đánh giá kết quả của những sáng kiến/phương án này.• Tham gia xây dựng hệ thống tài liệu/ ngữ liệu/ hướng dẫn/ chính sách về môn học cho các cơ sở.2. Hỗ trợ, tư vấn, đào tạo các bên liên quan tại cơ sở (Ban Giám hiệu, Khối trưởng, Giáo viên) trong việc triển khai môn học• Tham gia vào việc đào tạo cho Quản lý cơ sở và Giáo viên về việc kiến thức, kỹ năng chuyên môn cũng như cách thức quản lý môn học; theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả đào tạo.• Tư vấn, giải đáp các vướng mắc của cơ sở, giáo viên trong quá trình triển khai chương trình.• Dự giờ góp ý, tham gia sinh hoạt chuyên môn cùng các cơ sở.• Tư vấn cho những kế hoạch/ chiến lược/ dự án/ sáng kiến có liên quan tới chương trình của cơ sở.3.
