Quản lý và phát triển nhân sự • Quản lý toàn bộ công nhân trong khu vực phụ trách, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy trình làm việc. • Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên làm việc đúng giờ và sử dụng nguồn nhân lực một cách hiệu quả. • Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên tuân thủ hướng dẫn công việc, quy trình sản xuất và ghi chép hồ sơ đầy đủ. • Đào tạo nhân viên mới và nâng cao kỹ năng cho các thành viên trong nhóm.2.
