Job Description:1. According to the demand plan of each department, send orders to various suppliers and implement delivery deadlines;2. Track material delivery and preparation status, timely provide important and abnormal information feedback to relevant departments and department heads;3. Responsible for collecting and storing information on material suppliers and providing feedback on the quality of defective materials to suppliers. Supervise suppliers to implement improvement measures;4. Responsible for the procurement of hardware packaging materials and large equipment, with relevant experience given priority;5. Responsible for contacting suppliers for after-sales maintenance of purchased items.

• Tìm kiếm và phát triển danh mục khách hàng có nhu cầu sử dụng sản phẩm hoặc các loại hình dịch vụ của ngân hàng• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan hỗ trợ khách hàng sau giải ngân; kiểm soát sau vay và xử lý nợ• Thẩm định khách hàng có nhu cầu vay vốn để đảm bảo quyền lợi cho ngân hàng. Thẩm định dựa trên các tiêu chuẩn như uy tín, khả năng tài chính, tình hình kinh doanh, khả năng trả nợ gốc và lãi vay, tài sản đảm bảo nợ vay,....• Kiểm tra sử dụng vốn vay theo quy định của ngân hàng và theo dõi việc trả nợ gốc cùng lãi vay theo hợp đồng của khách hàng.• Thường xuyên gặp mặt khách hàng để tư vấn, chăm sóc và giới thiệu các sản phẩm của ngân hàng theo yêu cầu.

• Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the Warehouse, Shop and supplier• Work with shops to issue the plan of daily/Mid year/Year End cycle count. Follow and control the progress and result• Consolidate and report the result of the periodic inventory.• Appraisal the explanation and cause of the departments, based on the root cause and work with the relevant parties ( BOM, IT, Pur, Planning…) to determine a solution.• Action plan for the inventory problems and monitor• Review reconcile bailment reports to minimize system consumption shortage compared to actually and handle related to issue.• Supervise, manage and assign to the employees. • Evaluate the performance, approve the requests from team members.• Process change and innovation• Drive higher inventory turnover across all plants.• Inventory Management: Develop and establish RM (Raw Material) and FG (Finished Goods) inventory standards for all plants, including satellite plants (enterprise-wide data governance).• Develop inventory forecasting and budgeting for all plants.• Develop and consolidate central inventory reporting and SAP status reports across all plants and regions.• Act as the central Logistics focal point for all plants – supporting Finance, Accounting, and external auditors • Centrally optimize plant inventory levels through close coordination with Planning and Purchasing teams.• Central inventory control: Conduct weekly/monthly inventory reviews, monitor non-moving/slow-moving items, drive disposal actions with the DM Obsolescence team and liquidation processes; analyze and reduce high inventory parts.• Develop digitalization initiatives through RPA/DPA/GDIA/AI tools.

Mô tả trách nhiệm chính1. Gộp đơn Store PO (TC)- Tiếp nhận đề xuất đặt hàng TC từ các Store theo đúng cut-off, xử lý theo lịch giao của NCC- Kiểm tra, đối chiếu dữ liệu đơn hàng Store với hệ thống SGW2. Đặt hàng Nhà cung cấp- Tạo PO TC trên hệ thống theo đơn đã được xác nhận.- Gửi PO cho NCC đúng thời gian quy định.- Theo dõi phản hồi của NCC liên quan đến khả năng giao hàng.3. Nhận hàng NCC tại kho SGW- Phối hợp SGW kiểm soát quá trình nhận hàng tại kho, tổng hợp và báo cáo các trường hợp giao thiếu số lượng / thiếu mã / sai hàng từ NCC.4. Xuất hàng từ SGW đến StoreSGW- Đối soát SGW pick hàng theo DO giao Store, theo dõi và đảm bảo các chuyến xe xuất kho đúng kế hoạch (tuyến, giờ, Store).5. Xử lý trả hàng từ Store (TC)- Tiếp nhận thông tin trả hàng TC từ Store.- Xác nhận với Store, yêu cầu tách riêng hàng trả, đảm bảo đủ số lượng để SGW thu hồi.- Tạo đơn & lệnh trả hàng để SGW đến lấy; thông báo và xác nhận với SGW.- Theo dõi số lượng hàng trả về từ Store, đảm bảo đủ để trả NCC.6. Trả hàng / đổi hàng với NCC- Tạo phiếu xuất trả trên hệ thống.- Tổng hợp mã hàng & số lượng hàng đổi/trả.- Liên hệ NCC để sắp xếp xuất trả hoặc đổi hàng- Xác nhận hàng đã tập kết đầy đủ tại kho SGW và thực hiện xuất trả thực tế.7. Phối hợp xử lý phát sinh- Là đầu mối làm việc với SGW và NCC cho các phát sinh từ đầu kho đến NCC.- Theo dõi đến khi xử lý hoàn tất và cập nhật dữ liệu.8. Báo cáo, Công việc khác- Gửi các báo cáo cho Trưởng bộ phận đúng thời hạn quy định, đủ số lượng báo cáo, chính sác về số liệu, đúng biểu mẫu- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp
