Participate in or lead technical design and architecture reviews, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and implementation approaches. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex system issues by assessing root causes and impacts across application, infrastructure, network, and service layers. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, robust, and maintainable technical solutions. Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for deliverables, operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.

Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu hệ thống backend cho OMS/WMS/TMS theo kiến trúc microservice. Phân tích & xử lý các bài toán high-scale, high-concurrency, đảm bảo scalability & high availability. Thiết kế & triển khai job system: đồng bộ & bất đồng bộ (async tasks, worker queues, batch jobs, real-time event streaming). Thiết kế & phát triển API chuẩn REST/OpenAPI, dễ dàng mở rộng và tích hợp với hệ sinh thái ERP/CRM/eCommerce. Refactor các hệ thống monolithic hiện tại sang modular/microservice. Làm việc chặt chẽ với team Data/DevOps để triển khai hệ thống distributed, cloud-native. Tham gia vào quá trình code review, mentoring cho các thành viên backend junior/middle. Đề xuất và áp dụng best practices về coding, testing, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, security

• Giám sát, theo dõi và quản lý thi công tại công trình
• Bóc tách khối lượng, lập biện pháp thi công
• Kiểm tra chất lượng, tiến độ, khối lượng thi công
• Phối hợp với đội thi công, tổ đội, nhà thầu phụ
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của chỉ huy/Giám đốc
