As Assistant Director of Sales, we rely on you to:
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business planning and execution initiatives
• Cultivate and expand client and partner relationships, with particular emphasis on the Korean market
• Nurture and strengthen connections with clients, travel agencies, and global partners
• Serve as the resort's ambassador at domestic and international events, travel fairs, and roadshows
• Guide the sales team through effective training, management, and leadership
• Deliver comprehensive sales performance reports to executive leadership
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Brings 3-5+ years of sales management experience in luxury hotels or resorts
• Speaks fluent Korean and English, with additional languages considered a plus
• Possesses a robust international network and demonstrated sales achievement record
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Thrives under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
