Reports To: Operation Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible for performing administrative and human resource tasks.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Actively post jobs, search for candidates for the required positions according to the approved recruitment plan and staffing plan
- Conduct a phone call to screen the suitable candidate for the job
- Plan and organize interview rounds for candidates with professional departments and senior management (if any)
- Prepare and submit selected candidate profiles to get approval
- Inform candidates about the time to start working and the documents to be prepared
- Inform relevant departments to prepare working tools, seats, computers, stationery, etc. for new employees by the specified time
- Welcome new employees, conduct induction for new employees and introduce new employees to the whole company and register fingerprints for new employees
- Receive and keep records for new employees
- Follow up the work results of new employees during the probationary period
- Learn as well as give timely feedback to the new employee about the work results to help the new employee achieve the best work results
- Send a notice of probationary evaluation to the probationer and the line manager of the probationer when the probationary period is about to end
- Send a weekly thank-you letter to those candidates who refuse to accept the job or do not pass the interview
- Build a talent pool to source for future recruitment needs
- Participate in media promotion activities to support recruitment activities
Compensation & benefit
- Build HR data to control and retrieve data quickly when needed
- Closely monitor the employee's employment contract term to notify timely re-evaluation
- Collect data on employee's working day of departments for timekeeping and salary calculation
- Perform the process of signing personnel records, payroll, proposals related to personnel and salaries
- Carrying out social insurance declaration, employee's dependent MST registration as well as MST for employees who do not have MST in a timely manner
- Report annual PIT finalization for the company
- Drafting labor contracts for employees
- Actively make reports to the authorities periodically and upon request
Administration
- Responsible for performing administrative tasks such as: ordering stationery, drinking water, cleaning, etc.
- Monitor monthly administrative expenses closely
- Carrying out procedures for visa, work permit, temporary residence for foreign workers
- Apply for company licenses if necessary
- Make monthly proposals such as rent, electricity and water, purchasing, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at the company
Implement assigned KPI
- Implement KPI for your position
Do reports regularly
- Do weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
- Do professional reports as required
Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English or related field, preferred
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- At least 2 years working experience at similar position
- Good at communicate, presentation
- Good observation, a mindset of pay attention in detail
Language:
Communicate well in English is preferable
Computer:
Good at Excel, World, PowerPoint, etc…
