Role Summary
- The Customer Experience & Event Executive supports the planning and execution of brand-led guest experiences and events across CV Resort’s F&B outlets. This role focuses on on-site setup, event coordination, and ensuring brand consistency throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and execution of brand experiences, activations, and events for F&B outlets.
- Coordinate on-site event logistics, timelines, and vendors.
- Assist in implementing branded touchpoints (menus, signage, table setups, collaterals).
- Work closely with operations, sales,and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support documentation, checklists, and post-event reporting.
Time: 08:30-17:30 (Monday to Friday), 08:30-12:30 - Saturday
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1 year experience in events, or customer experience.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive and flexible working attitude
- Detail-oriented with a good sense of brand aesthetics.
- Comfortable working on-site and during events.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; working English required.
