Ensure that Maia HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved
Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration
Manage the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT, and company policies
Monitor and evaluate HR effectiveness, propose improvements in policies and processes.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, and assist in handle related HR issues.
Support the HR Director in developing HR strategies and team development.
Prepare periodic HR reports and perform other assigned tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 1 years or more in overall manager of HR department.
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Office.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
