1. Manage and oversee accounting operations (80% of the role): 2. Organize, control, and supervise the company’s entire accounting activities. 3. Ensure financial reports are prepared accurately and promptly in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. 4. Monitor cash flow, balance revenue and expenditures, develop financial plans, and ensure the company's liquidity. 5. Develop and improve accounting processes and internal control systems to optimize financial efficiency. 6. Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant agencies in auditing and tax finalization processes. 7. Team Management: - Lead, train, and develop the accounting team to enhance work efficiency. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team members' performance. - Provide guidance and support on accounting and tax-related matters.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. - Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar managerial position(preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry). - Experience managing accounting teams of 8 or more people. - Experience in an IPO company is a plus.- Technical Knowledge: - Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial accounting principles, and audit standards. - Deep knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)** and financial laws. - Certifications:Preference for candidates holding CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications. - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in financial planning, risk management, and accounting operations. - Familiarity with SAP is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (FAST). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English, with the ability to use it effectively in daily work.
