1. Receive and process health and auto insurance claims through digital sales channels.2. Identify, assess, and verify the validity of claims.3. Analyze the cause of loss, determine the scope of insurance, and propose solutions.4. Analyze loss data, identify risk trends, and propose solutions.5. Collaborate with clients, agents, hospitals, repair shops, and relevant parties to gather information and resolve complaints.6. Coordinate with other departments to improve the quality of claims service.7. Report regularly or irregularly as requested by the supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1) Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in insurance, economics, medicine, law, or a related field.2) Experience: At least 3 years of experience in health insurance and/or motor vehicle claims. Preference will be given to those with experience in technology applications or digital work environments.3) Skills:• Good planning and organizational skills.• Analytical thinking, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.• Good communication skills, especially skilled at handling various situations and negotiations.• Digital mindset, good at process optimization and innovation.4) Language: Good English or Chinese language skills.
