SOCIAL MEDIA:
• Plan and manage the Company’s social media strategy using social media
channels (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google My Business), ensuring
the content fits the Company’s tone of voice and supports business goals
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
through using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and
our sales-based data
• Establish and follow innovative seeding topics on Facebook Group to attract
target customer
• Work to improve the Company’s social media strategy through competitor
and market analysis, detailed analysis and reporting, then making and
implementing recommendations
• Stay up to date with Digital Marketing trends, potential new channels and
strategies to stay ahead of the market, including updates to social media
marketing, Google & Facebook Ads, Google Display Network
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & SEO:
• Responsible for updating the Company’s websites while ensuring best SEO
practices and user experience principles are maintained
• Manage both on and off page SEO for the Company, improving search
rankings and search results by way of keyword research, page optimization,
back-linking etc.
• Understand and reduce bounce rate, increase page stickiness and improve
conversion
• Stay up to date with the evolving trends and changes with SEO.
EMAIL & SMS MARKETING:
• Deliver and measure email & SMS marketing activity in line with the Marketing
Manager’s direction;
• Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments
to convert leads into customers, utilizing these marketing automation systems
