- Be responsible for planning and implementing sales of accommodation in property as priority; according yearly budget and effective operation of sales team and delegating daily tasks to achieve monthly room nights sales targets; using all sales channels (TA’s, OTA’s, B2B, B2C, FIT, Individual, MICE, Direct Web, whole-sellers, etc). Producing key accounts, both short and long terms, targeted toward existing and new markets & accounts by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
- Coordinating sales of rooms according previous resort contracts; implementing dynamic changes according resort need and implementing promotions, deals, last minute deals, packages as need to achieve budget with effective ADR , REVPAR , with sales plan for all room categories and checking regularly allotments and guaranteed bookings ,to prevent any overbookings or lost of business , all bookings and contracts must be checked with all channels & partners regularly and delegate those tasks to sales team with reporting back to prevent any lost of room nights production.
- Promote Sales of Rooms, events, banquets, weddings, MICE or other events, drive revenue for Food & Beverages, Recreation & Activities and manage sales staff team and reservation to ensure to reach maximum revenue, promotional coverage and guests/clients’ satisfactions.
- Work closely with RESERV/ FO/ACC/GM to develop strategies to maximize REVPAR for property as budgeted and grow market share.
- Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of sales team. Additionally, work with individual Resort teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and resources where need it. Coordinate with Marcom team any activities to promote resort on local/Vietnam and Worldwide Market.
- Circulate regular occupancy forecast with sales team, passing to resort team sends stop-sale period to wholesalers and views the free sales and promotions.
- Updating rate plans and planning rate structure accordingly min two years ahead to forecasting business according market needs and performances and according local tourism & business opportunities & trends.
- Capturing all individual markets (nationalities) for effective market mix production of room nights in resort, focusing on money spenders and focusing on increasing average room nights bookings - spend in resort.
- Maintaining close business relationship with local market & sellers in Hoi An, Danang, HCMC and Hanoi & worldwide. Developing contacts with travel agencies, wholesalers, government departments, convention organizer, airline companies, tour operators, business and sport federations to promote and sell the resort property.
- To convinced & bring new key accounts which still not sending any room nights production to resort, provide business strategy.
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence
- Create any new business opportunities for resort revenue centers with consultancy of GM/Chairman, to provide satisfactory services according resort rankings.

- Hotel Management Diploma/ Degree or equivalent Bachelor's degree in the Marketing Field or Hospitality/ Tourism
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
