Working Place: Office - Floor 11th, 208 Nguyễn Trãi, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, HCMC
Working time: 10:30 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Report directly to Marketing & Event Manager.
Job Description:
- Make proposal for company's events;
- Estimate and use plan's budget reasonably and efficiently;
- Cooperate and follow event flow;
- Conduct to designer and printer for event's brochure;
- Supervise event's staff under management;
- Conduct with related government office for event;
- Cooperate with Marketing and PR team for event launching program;
- Contact with customers and designer for public trademark affairs related to event;
- Deal and solve customer's request efficiently;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related field;
- At least 1 year of experience worked as event specialist;
- Having a progressive attitude, eager to learn;
- Good communication (both Vietnamese and English);
- Good-looking appearance, guaranteed health.
