Mô Tả Công Việc
- Has a broad knowledge of how the business is run, focuses on the major factors to ensure business is profitable
- Maintain a sound financial business mind-set, cost control, strategic upsell and looks for self-improvements
- Be responsible for your department P&L and departmental financial KPIs
- Oversee rosters on a daily basis, ensure budget & business levels are taken care, relevant holiday considerations
- Assist in the preparation of efficient work schedule for Front Desk, arranging annual leave, taking into account project occupancy & forecasts and large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals/ departures
- Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance
- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action using the LAST model
- Know system recovery procedures and contingency plan for emergencies

• Required Skills
- Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): In-house semi-professional
- A general understanding of hotel operation processes (rooms, food, banquets, cooking, etc.): In-house semi-professional
- An in-depth understanding of room related operations (finance / service / sales): An in-depth understanding of room related operations (finance / service / sales)
- Foreign Language(ENG required, second language preferred: Explanation level)
• Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder: major in business administration or hotel management
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related departments (front desk, H/K, etc.)
• Experiences
- At least 2- 4 years working experience at same position in 4-5 star Hotel & Resort
