- Role and ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the performance of key ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and support omni-channel initiatives for eGT/eMBI. Drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen relationships with platform partners to achieve business objectivesPlatform Management & Performance Optimization• Oversee daily operations and performance metrics on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other assigned platforms.• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness; propose actionable insights to improve KPIs.• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability across platforms.Account Relationship Management• Act as the main point of contact for platform account managers.• Negotiate promotional opportunities, visibility placements, and marketing support to maximize ROI.• Build strong partnerships to secure exclusive deals and campaigns.Omni-Channel Integration• Collaborate with internal teams to align ecommerce activities with offline channels for eGT/eMBI.• Support initiatives that enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.Campaign Planning & Execution• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to plan and execute platform campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, Brand Days).• Track campaign performance and prepare post-event analysis reports.Data Analysis & Reporting• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for Ecommerce Channel Lead.• Analyze trends and recommend strategies for growth and efficiency.Compliance & Quality Assurance• Ensure adherence to platform guidelines and brand standards.• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high ratings- Main Duties and FunctionsManage Ecommerce Platforms• Oversee daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other assigned platforms.• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability.Drive Sales Performance• Monitor and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.• Implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Campaign Planning & Execution• Coordinate promotional campaigns with internal teams and platform partners.• Track campaign performance and prepare post-event analysis.Account Relationship Management• Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers.• Negotiate visibility, promotional slots, and marketing support.Omni-Channel Integration• Support initiatives that connect ecommerce with offline channels (eGT/eMBI).• Ensure consistency in pricing, promotions, and customer experience.Reporting & Analysis• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the Ecommerce Channel Lead.• Provide insights and recommendations for improvementSales Growth: Achieve revenue targets across ecommerce platforms and O2OOperational Excellence: Maintain compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards.Customer Experience: Monitor ratings and feedback; resolve issues promptly.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
