Internal Management (80%)
- Lead a team including Executives, Senior Executives in the assigned market.
- Run a small number of key accounts and/or local hotel chain relationships in designated areas
- Continuously coach and provide recommendations to direct reports; improve team productivity and effectiveness by building the skills and capabilities of the team members.
- Supply cross-functional business initiatives through initiation and planning stages to actively anticipate market impact and roll out plans: offline channels, marketing, and branding.
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by delivering consulting services
- Develop & drive sound recommendations based on insights from data analysis to optimize hotels in the marketplace.
- Effectively handle working relationships, team productivity and morale
- Continuously improve collaboration with other internal functions: Business Development, Accounting, Offline
- KPIs planning and distributing accounts to assigned portfolios.
- Create campaigns that according to market intelligence
- Evaluate hotel performance and determine actions to support team members to improve OTA performance and maximize revenue
Other tasks from the Management board. Customer Management (10%) Build solid relationships and convincingly negotiate the strategy with Hotel
Partner Management (10%)
- Identify critical factors and KPIs of MMs for mutual benefits and cooperation
- Keep updated on new products and services of OTAs
- Quarterly meetings with MMs from OTAs
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum qualification - Bachelor Degree in Business / Tourism / Mass Communications.
Willing to be relocated for long periods of time and to travel frequently.
Comfort and adaptability with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
Proficient in English.
Excellent negotiation skill.
Reward oriented personality.
Graduates from prestigious or foreign universities are preferred.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales in the hospitality or e-commerce related field is preferred.
