- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and supervısing team members.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet high standards for quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Operational Management: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment.
- Innovation: Staying updated on global pastry, bakery trends and developing new designs and techniques.
- Food Safety: Upholding strict food safety and sanitation practices.
- Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Work closely with Executive Chef.

- 5-star hotel experience with strong knowledge of French pastry, bakery, international background, and fine dining.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Excellent knowledge of pastry, bakery arts and ingredients, with confident techniques and professional skills.
- Strong planning and preparation skills for upcoming shifts.
- Diligent and meticulous in preparing and receiving orders.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and manage the pastry & bakery team to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Punctual and disciplined, maintaining optimal work performance at all times.
