Key Responsibilities • Take lead in developing digital marketing strategies across all digital platforms. • Build a comprehensive Digital Marketing roadmap with the aim to become a market leader. • Develop forward-thinking, creative ideas to enhance the company’s presence in the digital arena. • Launch and maintain new websites, social media pages, and optimize existing ones. • Track campaign performance, review targeting tactics, and improve content strategies to meet KPIs and ROIs. • Guide the team and agencies to create engaging online content to maximize reach, followers, and engagement. • Plan and execute media bookings for both online and offline channels. • Manage online performance across all digital touchpoints. • Oversee SEM/SEO strategies and Google Analytics to drive traffic and conversions. • Monitor key competitive digital activities and market shifts. • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.• Highly driven with excellent analytical skills.• A team player who collaborates well with team members of other disciplines.• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic goals.• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
