Mô Tả Công Việc
- Build, implement, manage, and oversee all operational activities and professional functions of the Documentation Team.
- Assign tasks, provide training, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Coordinate with agents/shipping lines to obtain bookings.
- Receive Shipping Instructions (SI) from customers, prepare HBLs for customers, and submit SI to shipping lines.
- Coordinate with overseas agents regarding documentation and provide updates to customers.
- Inform customers about vessel delays, service changes, vessel changes, etc. Coordinate with the Sales team to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Ensure all issues are resolved promptly or escalated to management in a timely manager.
- Maintain good relationships with all partners, including carriers, suppliers, internal and external customers, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Import-Export, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at a forwarding/logistics company, including at least 1–2 years in a team lead/mentor role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling sea export shipments, especially for special trade lanes such as the US, Europe, Japan, Australia, etc.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership and staff training/coaching skills.
- Careful, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
