- Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, initiate necessary requisition for approval of the Executive Chef
- Monitor F&B stock levels to ensure adequate stock levels maintained
- Liaising with Restaurant Manager & Executive Chef to control stock movement and transfers
- Assist with monthly stock takes, follow up of variance discrepancies discovered in the end of month reports
- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Assist to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Assist to create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- Perform food samples and laboratory testing, and prepare corresponding reports following HACCP guidelines
- Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager & the Executive Chef
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality management experience
- Strong numeracy and basic accounting skills and sound knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and others
- Have a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
- Positive attitude, communicates effectively, work under pressure, and works efficiently
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and undertake project work on a personal assignment basis and to follow through until completion
