· Manage all F&B in-house marketing collaterals, including banners on screens, Saba, and similar platforms.
· Communicate and interact on daily basis with guests and promote on-site all restaurants and bars exceptional guest service, products, and chef’s profiles through targeted marketing initiatives.
· Manage, update, and coordinate the yearly R&B plan, Execute marketing activities and strategies to promote all R&B offerings Coordinates all requirements for R&B menus, including menu editing, translation, printing, and similar.
· Must also ensure that all physical menus in the outlets are adhering to InterContinental Brand standards Support, and coordinate together with the Marketing team all food and beverage photography and videography, including photoshoots and video production
· Communicate directly with guests to promote all R&B outlets. Be a connection between our guests and the operations team, and drive the team in managing guest experience on-site.
· Use guest feedback to suggest new trends and preferences to the culinary and food and beverage team Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
· Analyze guest feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
· Prepare and present reports to senior management based on pre-determined requirements Type reports, memos, and correspondences including those of confidential nature for the operations and administrative functions and maintain files accordingly.
· Liaise with all other outlets (including F&B Admin, accounting, purchasing, front office, etc.) for and on behalf of the Executive Chef. When and if necessary, handles all reservations for outlets and acts as central reservation desk. This includes also group reservations.
· Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
· Well organize and manage paperwork process for KOLs hosting, photo/video shooting preparation & photo/video shooting model consent forms, etc. (if the project is for F&B).
· Consolidate F&B weekly & monthly MKT report.

· Service years in the field: 1 year+ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Hospitality, Customer Service field.
· Knowledge and skills:
o Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tasks and Project Management
o Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company
o Have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtesy.
o Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
o Capable of multiple tasking and prioritizing and allocates resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
o Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments on a daily basis.
o Enjoys working in a team environment.
