Monitor and ensure labor contract renewal process for all associates to be done in a timely basis.
Coordinate with Human Resources Manager on the expatriates’ issues including labor contract, work permit application, monthly
attendance, annual leave balance and other benefit programs.
Manage and process employee records and information within the system.
Perform routine data audits and ensures employee data are up-to-date and accurate.
Engage in back-office and transaction services such as performance management records, leave and exit administration.
Post all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view of all employees as required by law.
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Resort's programs,
policies, guidelines, benefit.
Mainly responsible for all steps in the monthly salary payment process for all employees.
Responsibility to insurance procedures for employees are carried out according to time and provisions of law.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the position. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the hotel, restaurant, food & beverage industry.
- Good conversational English
- Understanding of Labor Law regulations; social insurance, health insurance, and personal income tax regimes.
- Have skills: communication, relationship building, excel proficiency; Document editing skills;
- Agile, flexible, good communication.
- Able to work independently and proactively, able to withstand high work pressure.
