- Prepare annual business plan and sales action plan for leisure segmentation.
- Be responsible for developing business from local and oversea under instruction and assigned or pre-determined by DOSM.
- Maintain, enhance relationship with clients and solicit growth of business through servicing existing accounts and developing new accounts.
- Implement sales activities to meet the target goals monthly. Regularly review result, production to propose solutions to improve sales performance.
- Research to develop new markets, products and services. Propose solutions to improve sales performance
- Update market demand and compsets' intelligence that causes to affect the prospective business of the Hotel/ Resort.
- Attend major travel functions, sales trips and promotional events to promote sales for the Hotel/ Resort as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing. Provide regular feedbacks and recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and suggestions to address threats.
- Strongly support colleagues and sales team to implement sales activities and deliver the best quality of services to customers/ partners.
- Constantly obtain competitor’s information on changes, client’s patronage of other Hotel/ Resort and the rate offers to their guests to be timely updated to DOSM.
- Analyze historical and other statistical information of partners in order to provide appropriate sales campaigns periodically or depending on the actual business situation.
- Propose strategy regarding revenue management, yield and pricing in the different marketing to optimize the room occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure that all existing TAS/ Corporate accounts assigned by geographical areas are being served and called upon once a month to maintain or strengthen business rapport.
- Update datebase of clients and travel agents and other necessary information to apply the most effective promotion.
- Maintain the Resort’s brand image, absolutely do not disclose customer data, sales information or potential business contacts of the Resort.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing or General Manager/ General Director.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Working at Hanoi office of Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc, a unit of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
- Minimum 2-3 year-experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area;
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related major;
- Knowledge of international/ religonal source markets would be added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written in English;
- Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication;
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time;
- Vietnamese under local contract.
