• Create and maintain menus for Restaurant and other outlets that satisfy guests.
• Be responsible for managing food costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.
• Control and monitor the quality and presentation of all food & beverage
• Be responsible to kitchen and service daily operations.
• Prepare the annual food and beverage budget and monthly forecasts for food and beverage needs and expenses along with performing functions including scheduling, evaluating, and training staff.
• Propose ideas and creativity to improve Revenue generation in line with the hotel’s positioning and through this the profitability of the Food & Beverage as well as through good cost management
• Be customer focused individual with a passion for Food & Beverage and Client satisfaction.
• Lead and train kitchen & service team to deliver 5 star service standard.
• Be the right track record to take on this challenge of looking after the entire F&B operation on the service side – Restaurants, Meetings & Banquets, Room Service, occasional outside catering events and Kitchen
• Motivate the whole team to provide exceptional customer service and to increase the customer satisfaction in all areas of the Food and Beverage offer.
• Offer clients a highly personalized service by transforming every detail into a unique moment of pure comfort and elegance, they create and nurture a relationship with their guests.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food & beverage as Food & Beverage Manager at 5-star international chain hotels.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Good at Leadership and Management skill.
• Ability to train and develop the team for their careers.
