- You are responsible for handling all Rice Market and Deli beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- You are responsible for maintaining Bar Machinery such as Coffee Makers, Juicers, Blenders etc. in good condition, working properly and reporting any defects to Supervisor
- You control the beverage purchase list to ensure Pav stock levels are up to standard
- You connect with guests by engaging them through meaningful interactions, creating positive and lasting relationships with guests.
- You have extensive knowledge of operations at Regent and elsewhere on Phu Quoc Island, allowing you to make recommendations to guests to optimize the overall guest experience.
- You always strive to make the service run as smoothly as possible by utilizing available resources and systems.
- You are responsible for daily beverage inventory control and ensuring that inventory levels are up to standard in both the front and back of the restaurant.
- You are responsible for meeting HACCP standards and proactively inspecting the hygiene in both the front and back of the restaurant to ensure standards are being adhered to.
- You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards for Restaurants and Bars and ensure that the team meets these standards at a minimum when serving guests.
- Attention to detail, which is evident through a clean workspace, outstanding service, and well-trained staff.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- 3 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Having knowledge about food safety and hygiene
- Language: Professional English
