- Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and promotions.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions with high precision.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Uphold high standards of personal presentation and follow hotel policies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort.
- High School Diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is essential, alongside excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with the Phu Quoc area and local attractions is an advantage.
