To organize working shifts, oversee the operations of Receptionists.
To directly support Cashiers in controlling debts of the department.
To directly handle all complaints of guests that are beyond competence of staff.
To ensure the cash fund of Front Office is always enough for foreign currency exchanges.
To take care of guests during their stay as well as during check-in, check-out procedures.
To manage subordinates including Receptionists, Guest relation executives to ensure the highest quality service.
To work as a Receptionist when needed.
To support Head of Department in monitoring, encouraging staff.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management/ Business Administration Management.
Experience in field of Customer Service or Reception.
Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
