General Accountant (Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng)

Position Objective: • Readiness accounting system for mass production in 2025. • Fulfill inquiries of internal control and accounting regium in local standard and Autoliv Financial. • Take back the ownership of accounting administration from outsource company by end of May 2024. Position Scope • Accounting Journal Entries • Financial Analysis Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities) • Accounting operational (Journal entry, payment process, tax declaration…) • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy of financial statements. • Prepare Financial reports (Local GAAP / US GAAP) and other ad-hoc reports as assigned. • Laise with auditor for audited financial statements. • Laise with Local Authority for local required reporting. • Conduct rolling forecast and analysis actual vs. budget on reporting periods. • Implement JDE Financial Module.
