Position Objective: • Employee relations and culture activities, Recruiting and retaining good talents, accomplishing the organization goals and improving employee performance, morale and practical at work, providing good HR service to all employeesTasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities) • Make good relations and develop the company culture to all employees.• Recruiting and retaining good talent (including onboarding new hires)• Developing talent and upskilling employee capabilities • Ensuring a seamless experience for the staff and other people associated with management. • Accomplishing organizational goals • Implementing recruitment, payroll, learning and development, or compensation policies in an organization • Designing compensation and benefits packages. • Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones based on the company's values and ensuring employees adhere to and comply with them. • Executing the employee's annual review procedures. • Counseling employees as required. • Conducting exit interviews to understand the reason for termination. • Overseeing other HR staff and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, hiring, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance with laws and regulations. • Cooperation with vendor to deliver the best service to the employees including canteen, cafeteria, transportation…based on the requirement.
