We are seeking a skilled and organized General Human Resources (HR) Staff member to oversee and implement a diverse range of HR responsibilities, including administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient recruitment processes, employee performance management, and the development of HR policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing all aspects of recruitment, performance evaluation, and HR administration.(1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Implement all tasks of Recruitment including, but not limited to:- Plan & execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs,- Post jobs on different platforms,- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers,- Oversee the entire recruitment process for all company positions, ensuring timely and successful hiring. (2) HR Policy & Procedure Development:- Support the design & implementation of HR policies to foster a positive and productive work environment,- Regularly review and update policies in compliance with industry standards and company values.(3) Performance Management:- Implement the probation appraisal and the annual evaluation of employee’s performance- Assist in the development & implementation of KPIs across different roles & departments- Track, analyze & report on employee performance metrics to support informed HR decisions. (4) Administration: - Ensure accurate & timely management of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.- Coordinate HR-related audits and maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.- Streamline administrative workflow

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience: From 3 years of experience in a General HR role, particularly in recruitment, performance management, policy development and administration.- Skills: Proficient in English with strong skills in writing, listening, reading, and speaking (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)- Strong knowledge & experience in recruitment, training, and employee appraisal processes.- Good social & cultural awareness, with excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse teams- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, social networks, and job networks- Familiarity with recruiting through different platforms (website; social media, especially TikTok) to attract and enhance the company’s online recruitment presence- Working time: can start asap- Mon-Fri, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm- Work on Saturday twice per month (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)- Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
