- Welcomes customer, receive comments from customer; answer all customers’ questions concerning our service and further information.
- Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems.
- Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
- Be responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff within the hotel and for external communications.
- Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
- Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
- Supports and assists departments at peak periods, especial Front Office.
- Communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
- Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
- Report to Guest Experience Supervisor.
