- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for VIPs, ensuring all departments are briefed on their needs.
- Manage the Guest Relations Desk, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure rooms meet the highest quality standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Arrange personalized experiences and coordinate special guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the Property Management System.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience in guest relations within hospitality, leisure, or entertainment.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Exceptional personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese culture and local Phu Quoc attractions.
