As a coach your role is varied and versatile. In short, as a Wink coach you ensure an optimal guest experience through coaching the Wink DNA and desired behavior. You engage and support our Wink Guides in every aspect of their jobs, enabling them to deliver an EPIC Guest Experience in a highly empowered environment.
You will be coaching and encouraging the Guides within different teams and functions. You are a person who makes it personal and engages with your colleagues in order to celebrate Wink, and our Vietnamese identity.
Wink Coach is accountable for providing supervision and observation for the Wink Space daily operations included F&B function to consistently and profitably deliver a high-quality guest experience. Additionally, Wink Coach’s focusses are including overseeing the inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.
Wink Coach is also the person in-charge of the Wink Space operations during his/her shift reporting directly to Wink Experience Manager and needs to provide cross – functional support to other team members.
This role is also assisting the Wink Experience Manager to manage team members, as well as provide on the job training according to Wink standards.

- Over 03 years’ experience in service industry related work, hospitality sector and/or operations as a Supervisor or Team Leader is ideal.
- Over 02 year’s experience in a dynamic hotel or F&B industry, preferably with pre-opening experience is ideal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field is suggested but not required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus.
- Ability to easily connect and provide a warm (first) contact for our guests, continuously making it personal at every interaction.
- Ability to provide on the job training, peer mentorship, team development and coaching.
- Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work across all hotel sectors and departments at a basic level to best understanding role in FOH management and departmental collaboration.
- Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels.
- Actively work to build a community of one, in actions and feelings
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Hotel operations systems and POS, knowing Opera Cloud & POS Symphony is a plus.
