II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Management (Assigned by and report to Human Resources Director)
1. Spearheads the implementation of core processes including recruitment and selection, formalities on associate entry, movement and exit, work activities and schedules, performance and appraisal, compensation and benefits, issuances and facilities, and associate relations, communication and promotion.
2. Monitors the implementation and update of daily Human resources activities and procedures.
3. Work with Human resources manager to compliance management of mandated contributions and benefits, mandated reports, permits and licenses.
4. Work with Human resources manager to ensures that the Human Resources Information System is maintained and updated; directs the preparation, submission and monitoring of employee reports and related documentaries; while ensuring required archive and remote archive system is maintained.
5. Co-manages the administration of payroll and sub-contracted employment including occupational health and safety, particularly health assessment and monitoring, administration and support, health and safety support.
6. Co-manages the monthly insurance for hotel employee as well as insurance related matters.
7. Co-manages employee relation matters.
People Management, Associate Support and Supervision (Assigned by and report to Human Resources Director)
1. Understanding, continuing update and implementation of the relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards of the above specified department/division, this position and its direct subordinates, if there are any.
2. Understanding, continuing update and implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and code of conduct; while promoting management, team and cross department support, leadership, professionalism and good relations.
3. Maintains and promotes communication efficiency for general and work specific information, to include the conduct of regular meetings and/or discussions on work activities, service delivery, continuing work system improvement, and the like.
4. Follows and maintains department organization, manning, and productivity; hires the suitable candidates based on market conditions; work with Training Manager about training programs for the team.
