As Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving hotel revenue goals through proactive sales and client relationship management, while adhering to Hilton standards.
Core Duties
- Complete Hilton University courses and stay updated on hotel products and services.
- Promote and sell all hotel offerings, including rooms, catering, and banquets.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and implement approved sales plans by market segment or industry.
- Understand client needs through calls, visits, and presentations; conduct site inspections and close sales.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and reservations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and share feedback with leadership.
- Cross-sell Hilton properties where appropriate.
Market Awareness & Competitor Intelligence
- Collect and share industry insights and competitor data.
- Track competitor promotions, key accounts, and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Client Relations & Events
- Host key clients, team leaders, and VIPs.
- Organize client experiences, team-building events, and site visits.
- Support Banquet Sales and Operations during events.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Support, train, and guide junior sales staff.
- Maintain regular communication with Operations and other departments.
- Attend all necessary meetings and represent the hotel in external events or exhibitions.
Sales Reporting & Systems
- Prepare sales reports and strategic updates for the Director of Sales.
- Use and update sales systems such as Opera, OnQ R&I, Meeting Broker, etc.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

- Junior College degree or University graduate
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in international hotel chains.
- Good English and Vietnamese reading and writing skills to meet business needs.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under strong pressure.
- Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability.
- Have certain customer resources.
