As the first point of contact, the Hostess warmly welcomes guests, manages reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, and ensures a smooth flow in the dining area to create an exceptional first impression.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Seating: Greet guests upon arrival, manage the reservation book/ system, and escort guests to their tables.
Coordination & Communication: Maintain clear communication with service and kitchen teams regarding table status, special requests, and wait times.
Appearance & Area Maintenance: Present a professional and well-groomed appearance. Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized.
Assistance & Farewell: Assist with guests' coats or belongings if needed. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from College/University in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a pleasant, friendly personality.
- Proficient English communication skills; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in Hotel/Restaurant/Service is preferred.
