Sunway Hotel Hanoi is Sunway Group’s first hotel asset in Vietnam, opened in 1998 and a pioneer in Hanoi’s hospitality landscape.
We’re now seeking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional and a local Vietnamese in the role of Hotel Manager. He or She will provide leadership and strategic direction, creating new positive guests’ experiences, motivate existing team of dedicated associates whilst maximizing financial results and developing internal talents.
Key accountability
• Oversees all day to day operations within the hotel’s organization and functional role
• Promote teamwork and quality service through continuous communication and coordination with all departmental heads
• Ensure full compliance to group’s corporate policies and hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Responsible for achieving optimal guest satisfaction and staff morale
• Responsible in sustaining a positive working environment and to attain all set objectives/ goals
• Achieve financial results, ability to analyze and interpret financial information, monitor sales and increase productivity
• Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance and preserve the hotel asset
• Hand on approach and regular inspection of facilities, and enforcement and compliance of group and regulatory health, fire life safety standards
• Coach and develop team of department heads
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the guests. staffs and owner
• Take lead in chairing and attending work related internal and external meetings
• Implement group’s policies, as and when directed and compliance to group’s corporate identity
• Maintain good repo with local authorities and business associates
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar executive role in Hotel Management
• Bachelor/ Master in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional language/s is an advantage
• Strong understanding of market condition and ability to maximize business opportunities
• Outstanding organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills, approachable and guest centric
• Exceptional leadership ability with great attention to detail
