HR Strategy Planning and General Management:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term HR strategies and annual HR plans aligned with company goals.
- Analyze current HR practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes to optimize efficiency.
- Establish the Human Resources Policies and monitor the implementation in company.
- Maintain and develop SOP, Organization Chart, HR forms etc. to ensure they are matching the updated laws and regulation and company situations.
- Guide and supervise the staff s performance in HR department.
- Prepare HR monthly report to BOD.
Recruitment and Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement annual recruitment plans based on company growth objectives.
- Manage workforce planning to ensure optimal staff allocation and resource utilization.
- Monitor the recruitment process to select the right team member according on the requirement of operation and market situation: advertise, collect CV, interview arrangement, etc
Compensation and Incentive System Design
- Manage monthly payroll and Compulsory SI, HI, UI.
- Design and maintain competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Build and optimize HR incentive systems to drive employee performance and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, proposing adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and do necessary process or reports related to social, medical & unemployment insurance for staffs.
- Monitor and do necessary process or reports on visa, work permit related to expatriate staff work in the company.
Employee Relation and Compliance:
- Creating and enforcing policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Promoting a positive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Act as a bridge between employers and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues.
HR Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics e.g.turnover, recruitment costs to identify trends and improve decision-making.
- Prepare regular HR reports for the management team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree of the majors: Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related majors.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position in Fintech/Bank/Insurance/IT Company. Experience in setting new office is a plus.
- Strong experience in Organizational Development.
- Good command of English, both in written and spoken (Must-have).
- Good command of Korean or Japanese (is a big plus).
- Strong working knowledge of MS office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Good management skills.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Result-oriented, careful.
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, and excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, multi-tasking.
- Good organization, planning and time management skills.
