Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Manage and expand partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other sales channels.
Lead the sales team, ensuring high performance through training, guidance, and motivation.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Oversee the booking process, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and promotions.
Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury cruise, hospitality, or travel industry.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Experience working with European and American markets is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Market analysis capability and keen business acumen.
