JOB DISCRIPTION
Position: Learning & Development Executive
Department: Human Resources
Report to: L&D Manager
Main objectives:
• Responsible for training and human resources development activities to improve employee skills, knowledge and performance.
• Assist to build human resources development strategies in line with the company's business goals.

DUTIES
1. Develop and implement training programs:
o Plan and organize internal training courses.
o Develop training materials and other supporting tools.
o Coordinate with departments to identify training needs.
o Assist in the organization of skill development programs such as vocational competitions, post-training programs.
o Coordinate with the management team to develop personal development plans for employees.
o Deliver training courses as arranged by L&D Manager.
2. Training records management:
o Track, update and store data on training courses, schedules and training-related information.
o Prepare and manage training-related documents (handouts, slides, checklists, etc.).
o Compile reports on employee training attendance and effectiveness.
3. Administration and related tasks:
o Process payment requests and contracts with training partners.
o Prepare survey forms, post-training evaluations and summarizing results.
4. Other duties:
o Update new L&D trends and propose implementation.
o Support the organization of internal events related to corporate culture.
o Perform other tasks as required by manager.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
o University degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Economics, or related fields.
2. Experience:
o Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in training and development or similar roles.
o Experience in the service, hotel or F&B industry is advantage.
3. Skills:
o Good organizing and time management skills.
o Effective communication, especially presentation skills.
o Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Attitude and qualities:
o Dynamic, creative, eager to learn.
o Have a growth mindset and desire to grow with the organization.
o Adaptability to the environment and colleagues.
o Ability to travel for work in domestic areas.
