• Administration of onsite compensation and benefits to ensure correct and timely payroll mandatory insurance, tax and employee benefits payments, health & safety at the whole site. • Manage leaves, compensation, incentives plans and other schemes according to the company rules as well as initiative change needed to improve effectiveness.• Proactively consult & propose to develop policies, welfare regimes, salary and reward policies, regulations, rules, etc. of the company aligns with strategic business development• Actively update legal regulations on regimes, policies, and salaries to promptly supplement and amend Group's regimes and policies in accordance with current law.• Advice managers in the area of compensation, benefits and engagement of employees to support business development.• Proactively participate and initiative in global & internal projects and initiatives to provide suggestions aiming for continuous improvement and add value to Global Human Resources.• Implement and administer HR policies and processes to ensure internal compliance and local legislation adherence as well as proactively identify opportunities to automate manual HR procedure and processes.• Actively initiative, propose and implement performance management cycle and recognition programs to promote high performance culture• Prepare and administer employment related documents, such as employment contracts, annexes, orders for termination/severance payments and others, in an accurate, compliant and timely manner• Maintain accurate employee records in HR Systems and database• Provide advice and consultancy to managers and employees relating to employee relations, benefits, etc• Proactively manage and influence change through strong collaboration and ensure disruptions are minimized. • Support and participate in activities related to internal communication, organization of internal and corporate events, promote the implementation of engagement activities• Promote the organization’s culture and values so that it supports the attainment of the company’s strategic goals and promotes employee engagement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Min 7 years' experience in HR Operation, Compensation & Benefits role, having experience in team management• Strong and proven analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and management skills• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) • General & practical knowledge of employment laws and practices• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration• Advances HR Analytics• Professional fluency in English, both written and oral• Flexibility, can-do attitude
