Mô Tả Công Việc
- To ensure that all of the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded (BEO)
- To review allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval and supporting documentation (allowance)
- To investigate late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit Manager for further action (late charge, cancel charge)
- To carry out surprise checks of rooms, F&B (surprise Room check, F&B check)
- To maintain organized files of all pertinent audit records (filling document)
- Upload Revenue to Sun system and reconcile between Opera And Sun make sure all posting on Opera capture to Sun.
- To do clearing Account
- Prepare for month end JV (Toby, guest ledger, room statistics, covers, DCR…)
- To do Owner Unit
- Reconcile P&L, make sure revenue balance with Opera
- To do entry adjusts necessary on Sun system.
- Reconcile GPK & Ultimate package.
- Reconcile VAT and Excise Tax between actual and system.
- To check & do the HOD Comp report
- To perform a trial balance of accounts, to ensure all accounts are posted correctly
- To finalize the audit by clearing the machine and setting it for the next day
- Commission checking with AR & Doctors fee charging as monthly
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Hospitality background is a must
- 1 year of experience
- Good attitude and can work under pressure
- Responsible, careful, meticulous, honest
- English communication is a plus
