Mô Tả Công Việc
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, including monthly and annual asset additions, disposals, and transfers.
- Prepare monthly and annual fixed asset movement reports.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory of fixed assets and operating equipment (monthly, semi-annual, and year-end).
- Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets and tools/equipment in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare asset handover documentation and ensure proper transfer of asset responsibility to relevant departments.
- Prepare disposal documentation and coordinate asset liquidation procedures.
- Reconcile asset records with accounting books and investigate discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant asset documentation and reports.
- Provide asset-related analysis and reports upon management request.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience; prior experience in Asset Accounting within a 4–5 star hotel or resort is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; familiarity with PMS systems (Opera, Smile, Sun, etc.) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of asset management, depreciation, and financial control processes.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly responsible.
- Strong analytical mindset with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
