- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to enhance the resort’s brand positioning and market presence in both domestic and international markets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and strengthen the resort’s competitive advantage.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the resort’s business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Lead digital marketing, advertising, PR, social media, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, visibility, and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, influencers, and key marketing stakeholders to maximize promotional exposure.
- Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials, ensuring all communications are consistent with brand standards.
- Collaborate with operational departments to develop marketing initiatives that promote the resort’s key revenue streams including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Events.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, and brand impact, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent the resort in marketing events, promotional activities, and industry networking opportunities when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management as needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and marketing communications.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
