- Supervise and manage the Customer Relationship team to ensure service quality meets company standards.
- Develop and implement customer care programs tailored to specific customer segments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, technical, operations, etc.) to address and resolve customer issues, feedback, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer data; prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose strategies and initiatives to improve customer service and enhance the customer experience.
- Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the Guest Relation team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and data analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn.
