As Korean Native Speaker Associates for Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:
• Deliver excellent customer service to Korean guests throughout their stay.
• Provide Korean language interpretation and communication support between guests and resort associates.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, reservations, and other service-related matters.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Support departmental daily operations and perform other assigned duties.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Is a native Korean speaker.
• Has a good command of English.
• Is friendly, with a positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Is able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service — an advantage.
